How Does AYIO Work?

With AYIO, you offer your skills and passions as services to others on our Social Business Platform. We enable you to become self-employed with just a few clicks, without having to worry about administrative work, advertising, communication and billing. Focus on what you love to do and what makes you happy.

Find providers
Enter in the search box what you need to get done. E.g. "paint flat" or "cut hair".

Compare providers
Compare the different providers based on personal impression, location, price and rating and send a service request to one or more suitable providers.

Request service
Describe what you need where and when, so that the chosen provider can create a price quote. Add pictures to better describe your needs. The provider will check your request and you will receive a notification as soon as the price quote is ready.

Check quote
Check the price quote and for changes contact the provider via the chat function. Accept the price quote if you agree with it. If you have not yet deposited a credit card with AYIO, you have to do that now.

Supervise service execution
The provider will execute the service according to the order and you will see any related information directly on the order page.

Spontaneous changes
If the provider needs more time than planned or additional material during execution, you must first approve it. In this case, you will receive a notification and can approve or decline the change.

Accept service
As soon as everything is done, the provider completes the order and you see all service details in the service report. If you are satisfied with the service and accept it, your credit card will be charged and the order will be completed.

Rate service
Rate the provider and his work to make it easier for other users to find a suitable provider.
